As part of its efforts to stop stigma surrounding mental health, the Stop Stigma Sacramento Initiative organized mental health art exhibits across the County to honor Mental Health Awareness Month this May. All art has been created by Sacramento County residents to help dispel myths and stereotypes about mental health and promote messages of wellness, hope and recovery. Thank you to all the artists who have participated in the 2024 exhibit!
